1. Download Official 2009 PSE commercials
2. Download the TAC 15 Video (for playback without an internet connection)
       a. To download, click the link above.
       b. Choose "Save".
       c. Save the download on your desktop by choosing "Desktop" from the window that pops up.
       d. Click "Save".
       e. When the file finishes downloading, choose "Open" or close the window, go to your desktop and open "TAC15Download".
       f. Open the file named "To Watch This Video READ THIS" and follow the instructions.
